Job Description : Electrical Industrial Project Manager
Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Management :
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.Team Leadership :Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.Risk Management :Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and control project risks throughout the execution phase.Quality Assurance :Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Conduct quality inspections and reviews to maintain high standards of workmanship.Client Communication :Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues effectively.Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.Budget and Cost Control :Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Control costs and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.Documentation and Reporting :Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as progress reports, change orders, and contracts.
Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical or industrial projects.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and construction practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.Additional Requirements :
