We are looking for a motivated Civil Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to the civil engineering and design of solar projects, taking them from initial concepts to final implementation. You will manage both internal and external resources to ensure that designs are efficient, practical, and compliant with industry standards, all while effectively communicating project details to the construction teams, clients, and senior management.
This position will require a strong understanding of civil and mechanical considerations in PV (photovoltaic) systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent project management and communication skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications :
- Educational background or industry experience in civil or mechanical engineering
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; CAD expertise required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams
