As a Third Party Service Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for third-party technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution of network infrastructure and technology deployment projects. You will also monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling service calls, dispatching field teams, and tracking equipment delivery.
- Identify potential roadblocks, escalate issues as necessary, and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to project activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual agreements with vendors.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis for projects as needed.
- 5 years of experience in service coordination, field operations support, or a related role in telecommunications, technology, or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors and field teams.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of LTE, Microwave radio, VSAT technologies, and safety regulations.
- Ability to travel overnight to job sites when needed.
- Understanding of network infrastructure, telecommunications, or field service operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in an oilfield services company, telecommunications, or other services industry using time and resource management skills to manage the flow of people and materials to effectively meet operational objectives
- Experience working 2-4 years in a scheduling, dispatch or support role
- Knowledge of network technologies and components may be beneficial.
- Completion of a Drug and Alcohol Screening Test
- Completion of a satisfactory Criminal and Employment Record Check
