What We’re Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a part-time or full-time responsible Maintenance Technician to float between multiple properties in Cambridge, MN. The ideal candidate will have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and building in good repair.
Job Responsibilities:
- Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
- Grounds upkeep and snow removal
- Interior painting
- Plumbing
- Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
- Maintaining common areas
- Responding to work orders in a timely manner
- Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
- Work as a team to maintain the community to the highest standard
- All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.
- Must be available to be on call
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- 2 years in multi-family housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Boilers knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- A valid Driver's License
- Boilers License or a willingness to get one
- Chiller knowledge
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
