We are urgently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our Miami team. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Position Summary :

The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy

Assist in troubleshooting product and service issues

Provide accurate product and service information to customers

Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction when necessary

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using computer systems and software

Benefits :

Salary range : $15.00- $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
