Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist at Initial Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing traditional marketing campaigns to support client objectives. This role involves coordinating promotional efforts, conducting market research, and managing campaigns to ensure effective communication and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, direct mail, and event sponsorships, tailored to meet client needs.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies. Prepare reports and make recommendations based on findings.
- Promotional Material Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to develop brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. Ensure all materials align with client branding guidelines.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote client brands and engage target audiences.

- Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
