Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Capital Raising Associate at Initio Sphere. Work with Initio Sphere’s network of investors and developers to secure funding for high-impact projects. As a Capital Raising Associate, you’ll play a key role in connecting stakeholders with tailored funding solutions. The Capital Raising Associate will be responsible for managing investor relations, conducting capital raising activities, and coordinating with potential funding sources. This role is located in the New York City Metropolitan Area but allows for some work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of investor pitch decks and financial packages.
- Develop and execute capital-raising strategies for CRE projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
- Conduct due diligence to ensure alignment with investor criteria.
- Track fundraising progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in capital raising or investor relations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience in investor relations, capital raising, and financial analysis
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and funding sources
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus
