As a key member of our Patient Solutions department, you will be responsible for providing educational support through telephonic means. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Spanish and English, including medical terminology, and have a strong background in patient education.
Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to share information on disease states and medical devices, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing proactive outreach to Healthcare Professionals/Patients/Caregivers.
Key Requirements:
- A current US healthcare professional license (RN)
- Fluency in Spanish and English, including medical terminology
- An Associate's Degree/Bachelor's/BSN or equivalent work-related experience
- 3 years' experience working in a specific disease state or related field
