Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Outbound Calls: Provide non-promotional disease-state-related educational support to identified customers as directed by the client company.
- Medication Adherence Support: Conduct outbound support for therapy and/or medical device product education, including supplemental injection/infusion/inhalation training support or technique.
- Patient Engagement: Proactively reach out to Healthcare Professionals/Patients/Caregivers to present virtual educational programs in accordance with client procedures.
You will be working closely with the client company to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
