Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative in the photography industry. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain client information in the database
• Update client records as needed, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist with appointment setting and scheduling for clients
• Process orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
