Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment schedules for staff and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Maintain and organize the front office area, including the reception desk and waiting area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform data entry and maintain filing systems for various administrative documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
