Join our team as an Inland Sales Advisor to build a pipeline of potential customers and guide them through our home purchasing process.
You’ll want to join our team if you‘d like be fully engaged in a collaborative environment within a locally owned and operated company where we all put our minds toward creating the absolute best customer experience. - …interested in gaining an uncommon competence in sales? Perfect — our sales system continual training will give you the tools to make that happen if you’re willing to do the work.
- …willing to Prospect at the highest level? Prospecting is a key function of the role. You’ll be in conversation constantly with potential customers and real estate agents. You will be reaching out to brand new contacts and following up with known contacts on a regular and frequent basis. Prospecting = outbound calls.
- …a self-driven person? We make sales happen regardless of market conditions. We do this via self-motivation and expertly working our sales system, even on days we don’t feel like it.

Skills, Qualities and Credentials:
- Ability Desire to build new skills improve on existing ones
- Prospecting, New Customer Discovery and the Art of the Follow Up
- Gathering Massive Information about each Customer’s Needs, Wants and Pain Points so we can serve them at the highest level
- Challenging yourself alongside a team. Continually reach toward higher quality standards together.
- Being customer and hospitality focused
- Being on time being professional both in manner and attire
- Open and Frequent Communication in an honest, speak-the-truth environment
- Currently hold, or are willing to obtain, a Florida Real Estate License
