Your Career Opportunity:
The Revenue Cycle Success Manager will lead and manage a team of Revenue Cycle Managers with oversight of accountability for the day-to-day functions of their respective PracticeTek revenue cycle management team to ensure we operate as a best-in-class RCM SaaS solution, including timely and accurate claims processing, payment posting, AR management and reporting. The ideal candidate will excel in managing and developing high-performing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance with a specialized focus on customer success and satisfaction.
This position is remote with occasional travel required.

Areas of Accountability:
- Lead and develop a high-performing revenue cycle team, focusing on customer success, professional growth, team cohesion, and motivation
- Implement and drive strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue cycle operations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve financial targets
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, operations, and IT, to implement and optimize processes and systems
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation within the team
- Serve as a change agent, driving and managing change initiatives to improve organizational performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to applicable SLAs, OLAs, and SOPs
- Serve as a point of advanced escalation
- Review and audit customer escalations to identify trends and prevent future escalations of the same or similar variety
- Manage team timecards, PTO, productivity, and performance
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or a related field, or relevant work experience in leadership, management, and/or revenue cycle management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field within the healthcare industry
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in revenue cycle management software, terminology, and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Exceptional communication and people skills
