Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and clerical skills while managing various administrative tasks.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and managing financial arrangements. Directing patients to the appropriate departments while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Support office management tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative functions, including document creation and email correspondence.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.

- Experience in clerical work or office management is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
