The Building Services Administrator provides essential administrative, technical and operational support to the Building Services Team, ensuring smooth daily operations within the Winston-Salem, NC office. This role involves assisting employees and guests, managing facility-related processes, and handling administrative tasks to maintain an efficient and organized environment.
Primary Accountabilities
Guest & Visitor Management:
  • Assist employees with registering company guests in the Guest Tracking System.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for guest access.
Parking Administration
  • Assist employees with parking registration, troubleshooting parking issues, and validating parking access as needed.
Procurement & Administrative Support:
  • Enter Purchase Order Requisitions and track approvals to obtain PO’s for goods and services.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely processing of purchase requests.
  • Review and process invoices for goods and services.
Event Support:
  • Review and triage Event Form Submissions for Winston-Salem office.
  • Obtain any missing information from the event host.
  • Provide assistance with setup and assist during the event, if necessary.
General Building Services Support:
  • Assist with facility-related requests and operational tasks via ServiceNow ticket system.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding office services and needs.
  • Occasionally interact with vendors that are onsite specifically for Inmar Building Services.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree preferred or equivalent and minimum of 1-3 years of relevant administrative or related experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • General knowledge of office management and computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
