Key Responsibilities
- Analyze key growth trends and customer needs that drive consumption of Innophos product in target segment
- Identify key customers and analyze competitive landscape
- Identify and evaluate specific application, product and service growth and or innovation opportunities in target segment
- Articulate and quantify value proposition of Innophos products
- Identify partnerships that will drive growth and develop tactical plan
- Develop a business plan that includes volume, revenue and cost projections including levels of investment and ROI analysis
- Develop marketing execution plan including ( target customers, sales tool and training, marketing programs including PR / Tradeshows)
- Experience in marketing in the Food Production, Food & Beverage Industry, or Chemicals industry selling to Food & Beverage companies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated track record in business development
- International experience and second language are a plus
- Excellent problem solving and quantitative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Enjoys solving complex business problems
- Completion of sophomore college year β Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business
- MBA Preferred
