As the Plant Manager, you will oversee production, maintenance, and quality to meet customer expectations and support company objectives. You will act as an ambassador of the company's culture and values, fostering a positive work climate that enhances employee engagement, safety, and productivity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring operational efficiency and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Safeguarding the timely completion of production schedules and addressing challenges proactively.
• Leading recruitment, training, and mentorship efforts for team members.
• Participating in budgeting and managing expenses closely.
• Maintaining high-quality standards and addressing quality issues effectively.
• Fostering a safe, engaging work environment through positive staff relations.

To excel in this role, you will require:

• A minimum of 5 years in manufacturing management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
