Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Tableau Developer

Position type: Contract

Job Role: Tableau Developer

Duration: 12 months (with high possibilities of extension)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Key Job Functions

Top 3 Skills:
Seasoned Analyst/Developer responsible for performing complex analysis, establishing a data taxonomy and reconciliation of logic across reports and processes. Utilizes a variety of technology including, but not limited to SQL, at an advance/intermediate level. Will work closely with peers to inventory data points, identify inconsistencies and develop remediation plans.
Responsible for documenting the inventory of data points and identifying inconsistentcies.
Maintain project plan that indicates risks, watch items, and reports progress.
Developing and enhancing reporting solutions to track and assess performance
Ability to develop, provide guidance and recommendations on process improvements (with tangible benefits) and best practices
Required Skills
Must have 3 years of Tableau report development
Must have 3 years of Alteryx development
Must have 3 years of SQL coding/reporting
Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others
Strong presentational skills and ability to communicate complex ideas and theories
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time to strict deadlines (i.e. can demonstrate effective time and workflow management skills)
