Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Developer with strong experience in Alteryx and SQL to join our dynamic analytics team in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations based on business requirements.
Leverage Alteryx for ETL processes, data blending, and data preparation.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
Present complex data in an understandable and visually engaging format.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience:
3 years of Tableau development experience, including dashboard creation and performance optimization.
3 years of Alteryx development, with strong understanding of ETL workflows.
3 years of SQL development, with the ability to write efficient and scalable queries.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Proven time and workflow management capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in data visualization best practices.
Familiarity with other BI tools is a plus.
Prior experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
