Job Title: Business Process Writer
Job Type: Fulltime-Contract on W2
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Charlotte, NC (5 days in office)
This contractor will be documenting new processes, creating step-by-step guides, and updating existing processes to align with new industry language standards.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $45per- $50per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

- Update existing processes and ensure they align with new industry language standards.
- Develop job aids and knowledge checks to assess user comprehension.
- Ensure all documentation is user-friendly and visually structured when necessary.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and product managers to refine and finalize documentation.
- Experience writing instruction manuals and how-to guides, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.
- Strong communication and writing skills (proficiency in MS Word).
- Ability to ingest complex information and present it in a clear and structured manner.
- Experience in creating job aids and visual representations of procedures.
- Ability to gather information from SMEs and synthesize it into cohesive documentation.
