Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Loan Specialist- Title : Loan Specialist Job Type : Fulltime / Contract on W2 Duration : 12 month Locations : Des Moines, IA As a Loan Specialist, you will- Physically record wet signatures on legal documents, scan and upload them to a retention system, and ensure proper handling per compliance policies.
Work with up to 14 law firms and legal partners, sending notifications about daily uploads, shipping hard copies via FedEx, and maintaining compliance.
Combine documents in Adobe Reader, manage email communication using Microsoft Outlook, and handle tasks with Microsoft Word and OneNote.
Process and manage hundreds of time-sensitive documents weekly while maintaining strict organization and time management standards.
The ideal candidate will have : 6 months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience OR equivalent experienceLegal administration or support experience is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with paralegals, attorneys, or court systems is beneficial.Proficiency in Adobe Reader (combining documents).
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and OneNote.Knowledge of legal civil procedures.Experience shipping documents using FedEx.
