Innovate Rehab and Wellness is a privately owned and operated Missouri based company. We were built from a group of clinicians who are passionate about preserving the independence of the ever growing senior population. Our mission is established on the belief that determination, patience, and strength will improve any situation. Our specialized geriatric therapists provide excellent clinical care through proven, evidence-based interventions and trusting patient relationships. We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the strategic management of human capital within Innovate Rehab & Wellness. Your role will focus on enhancing employee relations, talent management, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will drive initiatives in performance management and organizational design. Your skills in negotiation and talent acquisition will be vital in fostering a productive workplace culture, ultimately contributing to Innovate's success and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resource management and strategic planning
- Strong skills in employee relations and talent management
- Knowledge of FMLA, employment and labor law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Experience in performance management and benefits administration
- Excellent negotiation and organizational design capabilities
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and data analysis skills
Experience:
- Human resources management: 1 year (Required)
- Human resources management: 3 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee human capital management strategies to enhance employee relations and drive talent acquisition efforts.
- Manage employee evaluation processes and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with FMLA and employment laws.
- Utilize HRIS for data analysis to inform strategic planning and improve organizational design.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee performance management initiatives to foster a high-performing workforce.
- Lead change management efforts and provide guidance on HR sourcing and employee orientation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
