What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Roofing Technician position at Innovative Roofing Systems?
Innovative Roofing Systems is growing, and we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our Service Division! If you're ready to work with a top-tier roofing team that values quality craftsmanship and strong relationships, this is your chance.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform inspections & preventative maintenance on commercial/industrial roofs
- Troubleshoot and repair water intrusion issues
- Work as part of a team to deliver top-notch service to our customers
- Drive or ride to various job sites using company vehicles
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Roofing experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
✅ Comfortable working at heights (15 ft.)
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. & work in varying weather conditions
✅ Basic experience with hand & power tools
✅ A team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and understands technology
