This full-time exempt position will report to our Vice President of Operations. Ideal candidates should have proven senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting with excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills. This position will work closely with the Executive Team to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of success at ISS.

Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities
- Travel: Travel to 20 locations as needed, using a company vehicle.
- Collaborate with Executives: Work with executive management to developperformance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Set Strategic Goals: Establish goals for operational efficiency.
- Manage Teams: Directly oversee a team of 30 employees.
- Hiring Involvement: Participate in the hiring process and make final decisions.
- Promote Productivity: Foster a cooperative work environment to maximize productivity and morale.
- Employee Development: Identify growth opportunities and drive strong employee engagement with low turnover.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and recommend improvements for current operational processes.
- Operational Systems: Develop and monitor systems that track goals, progress, and obstacles.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with all departments, regions, and clients to make strategic decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics to ensure efficient operations.
- Policy Adherence: Uphold organizational policies and standards.
- HR Collaboration: Work closely with HR to lead with integrity and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience with 5 years Leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Travel weekly with use of company vehicle with all travel expenses accommodated.
- Experience with opening new locations and managing multiple locations.
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service and employee management.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication and ease of presenting to small and large groups.
- High energy level to work 50 hour work week Monday through Friday.
