Duties :
- The incumbent will provide administrative support including travel, purchasing, fiscal reporting, and responding to public inquiries for a group of about 20 staff
- Answering incoming telephone and email inquiries to the group and distributing these inquiries for response
- Assisting with personnel functions including recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Assisting with purchase-related work including tracking purchases, reviewing and approving invoices, monitoring budget and purchase order information
- Assisting with tasks such as development of expenditure plans and reports
