Insero Talent Solutions has partnered with a highly respected local residential and commercial contractor in Rochester to recruit a Project Manager.
Position Summary :
The Estimator is responsible for assisting with identifying opportunities and preparing bids and quotes for the division. Keeping department leaders up-to-date and current with upcoming bids and negotiated job opportunities with potential of winning. Following up on all bids and quotes submitted to confirm win or loss.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting in identifying and prioritizing bids and responding to invitations to bid.
- Submitting accurate bids timely, working with design, budget and schedule.
- Preparing reports for bid / quotes / sales leads, both won and lost for management.
- Preforming takeoffs and developing materials estimate.
- Accommodating customers' needs by reviewing RFI's and ASI's during estimation.
- Communicating with customers during project.
- Developing customer base from past bids and negotiated jobs.
- Additional projects and tasks as needed.
