Job Description Summary :
The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support for the Mediation Clinic and Dispute Resolution for Juveniles Clinic programs at Chapman Fowler School of Law. The School has been awarded funds to provide various conflict resolution programs. This person is responsible for assisting Clinic Co-Directors with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, invoicing, and auditing for the Clinic programming activities and services provided. This is a temporary position, not to exceed 76 hours per month (approximately 19 hours / week).
Responsibilities : REPORTING
- Data entry, data preparation, and data analysis including information intake, attendance recording, performance metrics, and follow up surveys.
- Narrative responses to standard questions reporting on programming on a monthly and quarterly basis.
