A client of Insight Global is looking for an accounts payable analysts. They will be supporting the Midwest team and will be hybrid in Milwaukee. The main role of the analyst will be to run pay cycles for the Midwest. They will be voiding payments, handling checks of multiple forms, returning checks, researching, printing checks, and anything else. Excel will be used heavily with this role, so this analyst needs to be comfortable with VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, and more.
Must haves :
- 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
- Intermediate excel skills- vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Great communication skills, able to follow directions and work proactively
- High school diploma (bachelor’s is highly encouraged)
- Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting, or procurement
- Experience running pay cycles, voiding payments, return, void, and cut checks
