Position Responsibilities
Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to the Accounts Payable Analyst team.
Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally.
Monitor workflow by assigning requests and ensure completion dates are met.
Review reports and assessments prepared by Accounts Payable Analysts to ensure quality, accuracy and data integrity.
Identify Accounts Payable needs and recommend opportunities to management for process improvements, automation and efficiencies.
Support special projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or a related field.
2 years of experience in an analyst role.
Previous experience in Accounts Payable and in management preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
