Day to Day
Insight Global is assisting a global manufacturer of luxury glassware in their search for an Account Coordinator to join their team onsite in Louisville, KY for a 6-month contract with potential hire. The ideal person in this role is comfortable interacting with current and future clients with purchases and any product related issues. The Account Coordinators are responsible for providing efficient and courteous service and keeping professional relationships with customers. The position is 60% Customer Relationship Management and 40% Portfolio Management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and prospects by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services
- Maintain daily communication with customers providing updates
Portfolio Management:
- Maintains customer databases (CRM and SAP).
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department, Sales, and Outbound Logistics Department for data, stock availability, and delivery status.
- Responds to requests for samples, pricing, and availability
- Place and confirm orders following up on payment for prepaid orders, orders with credit blocks, and customers with an aging balance.
- Track order status and maintain communication with customers of stock invoicing and storage charges due for products.
- Assists the Accounting Department in responding to invoice inquiries as needed.
- Supports the Quality team in the follow up of returns and quality claims.
Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hr depending on years of experience
