There is a single position open for this role and it may be based at one of our locations: Calgary, Edmonton, or Saskatoon. The Redux Services Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting all account activities of the Redux team in accordance to the Company’s objectives and goals. Redux services include used cooking oil recycling, trap grease services, pre-consumer food waste repurposing, and bone and fat recycling.
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Regional Redux Program Manager.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support day to day account coordination activities of key customer accounts including;
Handle all inquiries
Coordinate with any 3rd party service providers
Manage all customer reports, record keeping and updates
Handle all work tasks supporting emergency services
Support Redux Service Consultants (“RSCs”) by assisting with sales calls, site visit tracking, preparation of sales materials, and information consolidation
Support RSCs in proposal writing for additional business opportunities with new and existing customers
Support RSCs in any resolution of Redux product and service problems and management of logging and recording of all incidents for review
Coordinate follow up and generate reports for by-passed stops and service-related issues
Support and maintain Redux customer account data including, but not limited to:
Account details and notes
Contact details
Service Reports
Responsible for researching and compiling information on new target customers to build Redux Program growth
Support RSC in coordination of all business development activities
Execute all 3rd party service provider scheduling and coordination
Provide day-to-day account service support and coordination of any special projects
Ensure all customer records added are properly entered into the WCRL internal system
Be accessible outside of regular business hours to assist with customer requests
Support and participate in any training that may be required
Adhere to the company Code of Conduct and all West Coast Reduction Ltd. policies
Foster a positive team and company culture by ensuring treatment of others is respectful and aligned with company values
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Two years of relevant customer service or equivalent education and experience
Self-motivated and detailed-oriented with a high degree of accountability towards projects and work assigned
Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional interpersonal, listening and interpretative skills
Exceptional interpersonal, listening and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and exercise initiative to ensure high quality service in a high paced environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Prior experience working with ERP and CRM Systems a strong asset
Ability to work hours required as per business needs and be available an on-call basis
