Workforce Administration Coordinator - Accounts Payable Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top client in the Homebuilding sector, providing a mix of standard Accounts Payable responsibilities and Human Resources related administrative tasks.
About the Role
The Workforce Administration Coordinator - Accounts Payable Specialist will work closely with division leadership, team members, candidates, corporate functions, and external vendors. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing invoices for processing, including Purchase Order (PO) matching, invoice coding, and data entry.
- Completing PO processing, including entering and transmitting POs and receiving open POs into the inventory control system.
- Resolving processing issues, researching discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders as required.
- Invoice rough and trim package billings on a weekly basis. Tabulate rough and trim shipments monthly.
- Creating, tracking, and updating production Maintenance Repair Orders (MROs).
- Scheduling and facilitating new employee orientations and processing all necessary paperwork through the payroll and benefits department.
- Maintaining accurate, complete, and confidential employee records and files, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
- Executing general office administrative tasks, including sending and distributing mail, ordering supplies; provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Supporting general plant administration, including employee awards, lunches, company picnic, as well as maintaining current information on employee bulletin boards.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- 1 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
