Role is local to Minneapolis, MN
You need to be onsite 5 days a week for the first 90 days, then it will be hybrid
The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and supporting individuals and families to stabilize, maintain and improve their current housing. The Housing Stability Case Manager will bring awareness of current client programs, services and resources that will increase self-sufficiency and improve the lives of individuals and families who reside in North Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in housing related position and demonstrated competency with federal, state and local housing subsidies and work with homeless and/or low income individuals and/or families.
• Must have knowledge of community, housing, educational and economic resources and human services in North Minneapolis.
• Experience with developing and delivering culturally responsive services.
• Experience negotiating lease terms, fees and deposits with potential landlords.
• Experience facilitating group educational and/or training sessions.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
