What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinician position at Insight Global?
- Clinician III (all locations): $75,000
- Requirements: Master’s degree, PhD, or PsyD in social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field (clinical experience required), plus 2 years of clinical experience working as a clinician.
- Additional Requirement: Must be licensed (no exceptions).
- NOTE: Will be the same salary for all sites (no exceptions).
Sign-On Bonus:
- A $3,000 sign-on bonus is being authorized for Clinicians.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in social work with clinical experience in the program and must be licensed or eligible for licensure; OR bachelor’s degree plus 5 years clinical employment experience and must be licensed or eligible for licensure (if the state does not offer a license for bachelor degrees, this is not an option).
A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours with a possibility of being on call on nights/weekends, in the service of foster caregivers, families of origin, and persons served.
Must be able to organize, navigate, and physically escort youth to various travel destinations possibly including airlines, trains, and buses. Travel may include out-of-state trips up to 25%-30% to unify youth with families.
Driving personal vehicle in the performance of this job is required. Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle in good working order, and insurance with $100,000/$300,000 limits.
Capacity to be flexible and responsive to youth served, foster caregivers, system partners, and internal customers.
Capacity to remain objective and professional in all areas of job function.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required to serve the children and families.
Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, internet search, people management programs, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
