- Proficient in hardware troubleshooting and stress testing of systems and components
- Familiar with building, debugging, testing, repairing and upgrading computer prototypes (computers, servers, peripherals)
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Data-center for the Boydton, VA area. The Technician will perform comprehensive hardware failure analysis activities to determine quality of products and systems according to the overall specifications. They will reconfigure hardware and firmware; run diagnostics and perform systems troubleshooting. The support will also include break-fix support for new rack deployment, incident management support for sustain operations and project related support to any DC related activity as directed by the customer. He/She will need to be familiar with hardware troubleshooting and have some working knowledge working with Linux/Windows Command Lines. Our candidate will also need to participate in failure analysis within Test Lab environments, as well as, logistical support for Asset Management, including Datacenter Floor Plan Audit, etc.
Salary : $22 - $27
