JOB DESCRIPTION
The Energy Efficiency Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of an energy efficiency software, including the integration of equipment-level submetering data for selected sites. This role involves managing dashboards, visualizations, data design, and filtering requirements to generate reports for the client's business units. The Program Manager will develop an internal framework for real-time data collection within the energy efficiency platform and support cross-functional stakeholders in gathering site information from business planners and site managers. Tracking project progress, timelines, and budgets, analyzing energy data to measure performance and savings, and preparing and presenting reports on project outcomes and ROI are key aspects of this position. Additionally, the Program Manager will assist the Sustainability Manager with existing energy efficiency programs, support continuous process improvements, conduct analysis, audits, and reporting on energy efficiency initiatives, and research topics related to operational practices, energy management, and eco-design.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of related work experience in Energy Efficiency, Energy Projects, and/or Energy Management
- 2 years of multi-site project management experience within an operationally complex industry, such as telecommunications, manufacturing, oil / gas, or utilities
- Excellent research and data analysis skills with ability to simultaneously manage several projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: ability to consolidate tabs from different spreadsheets, use existing formulas and functionality such as VLOOKUPs
- Experience using online content management and collaboration tools (i.e., SharePoint) including exporting data or scorecards from established dashboard platforms (i.e. Tableau)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Onboarding or management of energy software – such as equipment- or site-level submetering software
- Real estate project management
- Knowledge of real estate financial planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of the telecommunications, technology and connectivity industries
- Sustainable building certifications such as LEED and/or WELL certification
Salary : $40 - $45
