We are currently seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with event coordinators to plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, events, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support event coordinators in planning and executing events
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining event calendars
- Coordinate logistics, venue bookings, and vendor communication
- Manage event registration and attendee communication
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in event marketing, tradeshow coordination, or a similar role
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry
- Experience with expense/budget management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
