Event Marketing Specialist
A dynamic Event Marketing team is seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows, events, and conferences.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with tradeshow coordinators to plan and execute tradeshows and events.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining event calendars, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate logistics, book venues, and communicate with vendors.
- Manage event registration and attendee communication.
- Provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in event marketing, tradeshow coordination, or a similar role.
- 1-2 years of data entry experience.
- Experience with expense/budget management.
- Detailed oriented and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with various team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in event marketing, tradeshow coordination, and data entry. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is also required.
