Job Description
This role provides direct support to the department director in an executive assistant capacity, requiring a strong ability to quickly learn, adapt, and manage shifting priorities with efficiency. Key responsibilities include scheduling, handling director requests, and extracting and organizing key information as needed. The individual will analyze and enhance workflow processes, such as record-keeping systems, forms control, and office operations, while also gathering and evaluating statistical, financial, and other relevant data to support the director’s planning and decision-making. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for preparing reports, drafting directives and complex correspondence, and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives. Additionally, this individual will coordinate meetings, prioritize tasks for the director, and may participate in management staff meetings.
