This individual will report directly to a Sr. Accounting Manager and work alongside 1-3 other Sr. Accountant counterparts. Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing accounting responsibilities for one of the company's manufacturing sites.
The successful candidate will have experience with inventory manufacturing accounting and strong communication skills to interact with various manufacturing and production teams. Additionally, they should be proficient in ERP tools such as S4Hanna, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems. A hybrid schedule of 2 days/week working from home and 3 days/week in the office is offered, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with operational accounting or cost accounting
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting
- Accounting experience for manufacturing facilities
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost analysis
- Inventory analysis and 'debiting inventory' experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
