Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Health Recruiter to join a major hospital in Brockton, Massachusetts. This position will be a 6 month temporary role with the potential for extension or full time opportunity with the organization. This Health Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our health system. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Networking: Attend job fairs, industry conferences, and build relationships with educational institutions to maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all candidates and hires, and report on recruitment metrics and campaign success.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with trends and innovations in healthcare recruitment and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree in relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing.

Compensation:
$38.00/hr to $50.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
