An Insight Global client is seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager for a new manufacturing facility near Lafayette, LA. This individual will be responsible for all HR activities at this facility and managing 2 HR Generalist. This person's main responsibilities will consist of establishing the company's HR policies and procedures at this new facility, managing projects to improve company efficiency/competitiveness, and serving as a strategic business partner by resolving conflict, performance evaluations, succession planning, etc. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong relationship building skills to build rapport with plant leadership and create a strong team culture. Ideally, we want candidates who are experienced in sitting in on manufacturing plant leadership meetings, building relationships with plant personnel and able to serve as a people leader to help plant leadership navigate any personnel issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 7 years of experience in the HR field in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with performance evaluations, conflict resolution, salary administration, etc.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
