Client is looking for an Integration Marketing Consultant, focused on Brand / TV production. Role is hybrid in Plano, TX- Details below :
Must haves :
8-10 years experience in brand communications and integrated marketing
Strong background in paid social and organic social
Well versed with brand positioning and campaign planning
Experience in TV production from script development / legal approval through post production
Experience leveraging consumer insights / market data to uphold consistent vision for the brand / campaigns
Experience partnering with agencies on campaign strategy and planning
Well versed in process / workflow management
Pluses : QSR experience
Day to day :
- Oversee development and execution of best-in-class creative delivering against the brand positioning. Focus on owning Omnichannel TV video and offering support to manager on paid and organic social for national calendar initiatives.
- Manage all day to day activities around TV production from script development and legal approval, pre & post production in close collaboration with creative agency.
- Partner with brand communications, brand & calendar teams on development of campaign briefs that guide development of integrated plans across paid and owned channels for a cohesive consumer experience
- Assist global team in upholiding a consistent creative vision for the brand and campaigns leveraging consumer insights, market data and cultural trends for breakthrough work
- Partner with media team and agency on campaign strategies and planning as well as consistent performance analysis to determine optimizations and content efficiencies
- Guide team in developing presentations, creative campaign overviews, performance recaps, and other materials for internal and external meetings
- Manage, protect and champion brand voice, DNA and positioning
- Partner with Director to lead integrated agency team of six agencies, specifically managing weekly status meetings, annual planning summits and ideation sessions. Share consumer and business insights, ensuring agencies are tracking towards annual brand growth objectives
