Job Description

The Office Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the assigned office, including sales, finances, and administration. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage financial statements and oversee operational aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

  1. Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
  2. Sales: Lead sales efforts and manage sales teams
  3. Finances: Manage financial statements and ensure accuracy
  4. Administration: Oversee administrative staff and manage office resources

Requirements

  • 5 years of management experience
  • Operational experience with a larger organization (15 million )
  • Leadership experience managing a team of 8
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements

Nice to Have

  • IICRC Certifications
  • Experience working with insurance adjusters
