Title: Procurement Analyst
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Duration: Ongoing contract
Pay: $30-$40hr
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join their team. The primary work location will be onsite in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Specialized knowledge that includes expertise in developing clear, measurable procurement documentation to assist in the acquisition of IT systems and services that meet agency needs
- Responsible to maintain a working knowledge of the Louisiana Procurement Laws, Rules and Regulations, and the IT Procurement Guidelines and policy's
- Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements;
- Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies
- Develop or assist with project work plans, project timelines
- Research vendor information; ensure accuracy for product and services quotes
- Process Statements of Work, Sole Source and other procurement documents for timely payments
- Manage purchasing processes to include: analysis of procurement requests for accuracy, completeness of requirement documentation, ordering and authoring payments, selecting and updating delivery methods
- Coordinating with suppliers and State Agencies to ensure procurement process for selected goods and services are completed successfully
- Develop or assist with ITBs, RFIs, RFRs, RFPs and contracts.
Salary : $30 - $40
