JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Shelton, CT. This person will join the newly created "brainchild" of two well established private equity firms--this new company will be focused on the annuities space of life insurance. The Project Manager will assist the Operations team in product-related projects. He/she will facilitate discussions with the business to gather requirements and bring those to the technical team, managing the communication between Operations, IT, and any necessary external vendors. He/she will document requirements and technical documentation in Confluence or Jira and will provide regular status updates to the Head of Operations and Head of Technology, including any risks or delays in deliverables. Compensation for this role is 125-140k per year annually plus bonus. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-5 years of project management experience -Experience working within Life Insurance/Annuities -Understanding of integration architecture -Agile experience -Strong communication skills

-Knowledge of eApplication, Talkdesk, 1035 exchange, and/or FAST platforms
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
