Job Description
A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide support for incident resolution and requests reported to the service desk. Responsibilities include assessment, triage, research, and resolution of incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or hardware components. You will be responsible for collecting info through customer conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff if needed. Problems beyond the scope of your liability or responsibility are resolved by engaging in a timely manner other resources within the company.
Compensation:
$24/hr to $28/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
