Title: Technical Analyst (Web Application Development)
Location: 100% remote or local to Philadelphia (preferred)
Duration: 6 month contract to hire (will go permanent)
Compensation: $55/hr to $60/hr (Up to $125k/yr with opportunity to grow into a Senior Technical Advisor role)
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Consultant/ Technical Analyst (advising on projects; turning business needs into technical requirements)
- 3 years of experience with Web Application Development (understanding of .NET/React)
- Experience supporting development projects working with cross functional teams - ideally for a large company
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Fortune 500 client is seeking a Technical Analyst to join their team Web Development team. This role verges from a true developer into a Technical Advisor role where you'd be required to lead technical development of an innovative group developing web based applications (.NET / React). He/She will be responsible for execution of planned feature development, technical design and architecture and providing ideation around solutions that drive results. Someone who can understand the business needs and turn them into technical requirements. This candidate should demonstrate a thorough understanding of requirement specification, design, coding, testing and support of information systems and should have previous experience working with off-shore development projects. Demonstrates an understanding of the changing business needs for the line-of-business supported and the impact these changes have on their service area. Advises clients on business problems, formulates options including assessing their relative merits and risks and works with clients to determine the best solution
