Position Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote, but willing to travel to Chattanooga as needed!

Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire

Compensation: $40-$45/Hour

Overview: Insight Global’s client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Enterprise Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects across the enterprise. This role requires a dynamic and adaptable individual who can work closely with executive leadership and business leaders to gather requirements, drive project deliverables, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership and business leaders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish milestones.
• Work Breakdown Structures: Create detailed work breakdown structures to ensure project tasks are clearly defined and aligned with project goals.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee integration, upgrade, or automation projects, ensuring technical requirements are met and project deliverables are achieved.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project execution, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adaptability: Collaborate with various teams across the organization, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Must Haves:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Enterprise Technical Project Manager.
• Technical Projects: Proven experience overseeing integration, upgrade, or automation projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Plusses:

• Transportation Management Systems: Experience working with Transportation Management Systems.
• HRIS Implementation: Experience with HRIS implementation, specifically with Microsoft D365, Worlio, or Elevate.
• Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
