Must-Haves:
- 2 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven success in sourcing for technical roles, including machine learning, software, embedded, and mechanical engineering positions.
- Strong ability to creatively source and engage passive candidates through various channels and platforms.
- Experience conducting initial recruiter screens and assessing technical candidates.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sourcing metrics and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to shifting priorities.
